Delta QM is a management consulting practice established more than 15 years ago by Eugene A. Gasbarro to address the organizational and management development needs of businesses of all sizes in the Northeast.

Gene is a graduate of Dartmouth College and did graduate work at the Boston University School of Law. He holds a certificate from the Graduate School of Credit and Financial Management and brings to Delta QM more than 33 years of management and administrative experience with organizations such as Industrial National Bank (now Fleet/Bank of America), Eastland Bank, and Laborers-AGC Education and Training Fund, a labor-management trust, where he has served as Director of Administration

Gasbarro taught "Principles of Management" at Johnson & Wales University, and currently offers a program in "Developing People Skills" at the Community College of Rhode Island and "Finance for the Non-Financial Manager" at Roger Williams University. He has been a workshop panelist on "Labor-Management Cooperation" at a national conference held by the University of North Texas Center for the Study of Work Teams and facilitated a group discussion on "Developing Teams in a Unionized Environment" at a national conference on promoting organizational change.
